Art at CAS Munich.

In her art, Amélie Esterházy unites mathematical, biological and ephemeral elements in order to explore the relationships between corpus, time, nature and technology. Her works address the field of tension between natural order and artificial structure, thereby visualizing the way in which complexity develops from simple units. Through the connection between analog handwork, digital modeling and bio-based 3D printing, she creates hybrid sculptures that reflect the relationship between humans, nature and technology. In doing so, she questions our understanding of reality, knowledge and control, turning the interplay of order and chaos into a tangible experience.

The artist Amélie Esterházy has recently exhibited her works in places including the Museum of Medical History Berlin, the Arco Lisbon and the Behncke Gallery in Munich. She studied fashion design as well as philosophy and cultural sciences at HU Berlin.
