Digitalization - lived reality?

Stefan Britz has been Global Head of Business Transformation at Allianz SE since November 2022. After 16 years of various professional positions at Allianz SE such as Head of Holding Operations (EVP) or CFO at Allianz Technology SE, transformation is not a buzzword for him, but a lived reality. What does this reality look like? What challenges are we facing?

Auer's work is about finding answers to the different needs of organizations and their employees. He particularly wants to give the individual a high priority in this transformation. He perceives change as a necessity that at the same time opens up possibilities.
