"Pidust's images are compositions of photographic-depicting and digital-algorithmic image fragments, which she puts together according to subjective criteria. The starting material is always of a photographic nature in the sense of depicting the reality of what is physically existing. The representational frays into the abstract, the virtual and the physical coexist equally. In this way, Pidust creates a world of simultaneity and all-round perspective, with the real and the digital inseparably merging with one another."
Group-exhibition "Expect the Unexpected" Aktuelle Konzepte für Fotografie, 16.02.-01.05.2023
